Lithofin Terracotta Sealant 1Ltr is a special product from the Lithofin Terracotta range (the synthetic method). It is a water based product, which is ready for use and contains high quality and natural waxes together with additives. Lithofin Terracotta Sealant forms a protective film, which has a natural sheen. The effect of this is to prevent any staining on the surface and prevent penetration. Maintainance is greatly eased because at the same time the surface material is improved but keeps its natural colour structure. The protective film is resistance to UV light and does not turn yellow with age. It has a good resistance to abrasion and can be used rasily and safely.
Please note, salt-glazed surfaces cannot be treated with Lithofin Terracotta sealant. Pre-impregnation of untreated, absorbent cotto with Lithofin Terracotta Impregnator improves the protective action and gives a lighter appearance to the surface.
