Although away from my brief slightly this underground Swiss holiday home is stunning. Constructed to be almost entirely underground but still make use of the natural light it’s an inspiration in design.
To be honest natural stone can be tiring at times. It’s dominance of colours, style and the whole market of tiles is frustrating. But then it’s difficult to argue with when it is done well. It’s contrast of colours, the texture and variations create an attractive timeless look. Here you can see the bringing together all the stone with the neutral shades of beige to a great effect.
